How to Battle
We roll dice for everything. The dice button looks like this: "" it is under the colors drop down bar. If your click this you will get something that says dice=6 in [racks]. You can change the number by changed 6 to any other number. When you preview or post it will look like this with a number on it and "out of blank sides":
[dice=6]
It is impossible to change this outcome, not even an Admin can do so.
When we battle we use the numbers in order to attack, dodge, and to inflict status changes. For example in the scenario of this battle:
??--Level 78--??
Ability: ??
Attacks: ??
HP: 34/587
-------------------
Note the scenario here. Now you roll for your attacks and dodge.
You:
Attack Fowl Play:
[dice=6] Hit!
Dodge:
[dice=6] Doesn't dodge!
Moderator:
Attack Extreme Speed:
[dice=6] Barely Hits!
Dodge:
[dice=6] Doesn't dodge!
This is what a normal battle scene would look like. Now there are a few rules to this system.
An attack can hit if it is 3 or higher. If it is a 2 or lower, it doesn't hit.
You can dodge if it is 5 or higher. If their evasiveness is raised, or the enemies accuracy lowered, then it takes a 4 per each time it is lowered. Example:
Enemy has -1 accuracy. You must roll a 4 or higher to dodge.
For a status effect you must roll a 5 or higher regardless of what it is.
