Krysis strolled into the Professor's lab calmly and cooly, back straight and posture perfect. Krysis had been dealing with pokemon since she was little, and had multiple teams from multiple different regions. Today wouldn't be any different than the other times she had gotten starter pokemon. She sometimes found it a bore to always be starting new, but then again she loved creating bonds with new pokemon, so it was worth it in the end to get a new pokemon.
"Is anyone there?" her soft, cool, yet mysterious voice sounded as she walked into the building, and seeing no one immediatly. She simply stood there, contemplating the future as she waited for someone, anyone, to start her off on a journey.

The professors asstant ran around the lab cleaning as the professor was working on somthing. Her long blonde hair flowing behind her as she cleaned up. she looked as the spotless lab and smiled to her self feeling proud. she turned and saw a trainer that had just walked in the lab and ran over "welcome, are you here for a pokemon?" she asked warmly. then she took pokeballs off the shelf and relesed the pokemon inside. The first was a Little metal pokemon that just looked at the trainer and fell asleep. The second was a orange trapinch with a attitude problem it glared at the trainer. the third was a cherry pokemon that looked happy and bounced around the lab.

Krysis looked at the starters in front of her, they didn't seem like the pokemon a lab would offer to starting trainers like normally. Normally she saw a fire type, a water type, and a grass type. Not here though, these pokemon were very different, and she was intrigued.
Krysis crouched down to look at the different pokemon. She recognized them all from her past dealings with pokemon, though she hadn't caught a single one of them. She immediately ruled out the bouncing Cherubi, it was simply just to happy-go-lucky. Looking between the Trapinch and the Aron, she made her decision.
"I'll take the Aron." as bored as the Aron seemed to be with her, the trapinch was to aggressive for her, besides, steel and ground types were fun to work with. She picked up the sleeping rock of a pokemon, and held it close to her.
